the location was convenient the parking was easy to access. the breakfast buffet was abundant i found the espresso maker in the room especially nice.

comfortable bed kind receptionist unstable toilet faulty thermostat

The room had big comfortable beds. the receptionists showed kindness and helped me. They even brought me food that wasn't on the room service menu. i appreciated that.

the toilet seemed unstable. the thermostat didn't function properly, and i only received one small bottle for showering, which wasn't enough. i found these issues quite inconvenient.

The location WAS a bit of a letdown. It is not ideal for tourists. the doorman suggested some restaurants nearby, but the walk there passed through a not so nice AREA. i Expected more from the surroundings. i Did not feel safe walking Alone at night.

Acceptable, but some issues was

bathroom door missing towel

I did not like my room much. The door to the bathroom didn't close properly, this was annoying. There was only one hand towel, as well as one bath towel for both of us, this was a mistake. I hope the hotel can fix those problems.
